These legs are made for WALKING!!!

Yay for Everett! He is pretty much walking! Each day he takes more and more consecutive steps! We are so very proud of him. We were hoping he would walk before he was a year old, and he had definately impressed Mommy and Daddy! He continues to grow and change every single day! He has also recently started to say "Da Da" - that has been fun for Chris! Hard to believe that in a few weeks he will be an entire year old! Where has the time gone? Here are a few pictures of him starting to walk - it was hard to get a good one!!

Good Times at the Ranch for Everett!

While Chris and I were in Las Vegas, Everett stayed with Mama D and Papa D at their ranch in the Hill Country. He had a great time! They swam, swang, rode around the ranch to see animals! Everett has already seen zebra, kangaroo, llama, elk, black buck, whitetail deer, a camel, and many other animals out on the ranch! It's a pretty awesome place! Thanks Mom and Dad for watching Everett all week - we know he had a great time!

Viva, Las Vegas!

Chris and I just got home from our first vacation alone since before Everett! We missed him terribly, but had a great time together! He surprised me by booking a room at The Bellagio! Not just any room....the Bellagio Suite! It was AMAZING! This suite had 3 - yes 3 - bathrooms (powder bath, and his and her bathrooms)...complete with a jacuzzi tub, a steam shower, bathrobes, a BEAUTIFUL view of the strip and the famous Bellagio fountains, and even a DOORBELL!!! :) The hotel was amazing! We spent the week relaxing at the spa, shopping, playing a few games in the casino, and even seeing TWO Cirque shows! THey were amazing! Chris really made the trip special with all these little suprises!! We had a great time!! Here are a few pics.....
